We're happy to accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Credit card transactions are processed securely through Stripe and charged at the time of ordering. Shipping costs can be calculated in your basket as you shop as well as during checkout.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order number and confirmation via email. Please be sure to check that your email address is accurate at the time of ordering so that you receive updates and shipping notifications. We’ll also use the email address you provide to get in contact with you if we have questions about your order. You can reply to any emails you receive from Phoebe & June with questions or concerns and they'll head straight to us!
An option to create an account with us is available for your convenience. If you choose to create an account you’ll be able to keep track of your orders through the site and save your shipping and billing information for future orders. You’re also welcome to place an order as a guest at Phoebe & June and we'll keep you updated on your order through the email you provide at checkout.

Not for nothing but we like to think our products make great gifts! It's now easier than ever to send a gift directly to the recipient and add a personalized touch with one our complimentary gift notes. Gift notes are available to add to an order in the basket and checkout pages. Just pick your favorite design, add your message, and we'll include your personalized gift note at no additional cost.
All products arrive without pricing details on the packaging so they're ready to gift, and we'll leave out the packing slip from orders sent directly to the recipient.
Since every item at Phoebe & June is crafted by hand, we begin all orders as soon as they're placed so they're ready to ship within 1-3 business days, including personalized items. If you find a mistake in your order confirmation please let us know as soon as possible as orders cannot be cancelled once we've begun making them.
Orders are shipped via USPS from Smithsburg, Maryland. First Class packages typically take 3-5 business days for delivery and Priority packages typically take 1-3 business days. You are able to choose from all available shipping methods at checkout. If your order is time sensitive feel free to get in touch with us prior to placing your order so we can be sure everything arrives on time.
Once your order is on the way we'll send you a quick update with a link to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update after you’ve received it. You can also check in on your order status at any time through your account dashboard if you've placed the order using an account or created one at checkout.
We love offering personalized items that include your name, address, monogram, and more. To order a personalized item you can enter all of your details directly on the product page. "Edit options" in your basket to update the personalization details without starting over. Your order will be personalized in the style of the original item, including the capitalization style and typography. In order to make and send orders quickly, personalized items do not include a design proof.
Unopened, unused, and non-personalized products may be returned in their original condition within two weeks of delivery for a refund. Please get in touch at email@example.com prior to returning for details on where to send your return. Refunds are made to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days depending on your card processor. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
